This Wonderful 5 bed/4 bath townhouse is located in the private resort community less than 8 miles from Disney. The king master bed is upstairs, but there are 2 bedrooms downstairs to attend the seniors or disabilities. Just off the kitchen there is an area for dining and a family room with a flat screen TV. Also all bedroom have a own TV. The home is fully equipped with all necessary bed and bath linens as well as kitchenware.

Your private pool heated has a beautiful view to lake.

No smoking

Check in is anytime after 3PM

No over rules at Resort police

No late night parties! At 10pm you need respect your neighbors and you need slow down your music or your party in the pool area.

We prefer to receive guests who are clean and care for our home. Any stains on the sheets, towels that are difficult to be removed, will be charged extra to be replaced.

There is a fee $35/day to use a heated of pool and It's necessary request before.
