This modern 6 bedrooms house is located in the private resort community less than 8 miles from Disney. The king master bed is downstair, perfect to relax and to attend the seniors or disabilities. Just off the kitchen there is an area for dining and a family room with a flat screen TV. Also all bedroom have a own TV. The home is fully equipped with all necessary bed and bath linens as well as kitchenware.

Your private pool heated has a fantastic conservation view to enjoy some peaceful.

Check in is anytime after 4PM

No over rules at Resort police

Please do not smoke inside the house!

No late night parties! At 10pm you need respect your neighbors and you need slow down your music or your party in the pool area.

We prefer to receive guests who are clean and care for our home. Any stains on the sheets, towels that are difficult to be removed, will be charged extra to be replaced.

There is a fee $45/day to use a heated of pool and It's necessary request before.

This house is out of this world, it is brand new, extremely Clean, and it has so many amenities, It has anything that you need, pool, Cable tv, fast wireless internet, and a lot of space, a pool table, big garage, it is amazing, we had a great time here, will be back next year if possible to the same house. Thanks.
