Great location with easy access to the beach, restaurants, Golf, and shops! This big and spacious home sleeps up to 12 with at least 4 children! 3 King beds, 2 sets of bunk beds designed for the kids, and a sleeper sofa in upstairs master. Spread out on 3 floors! Open and spacious front room includes the entry, living, dining, and kitchen areas! All are open to each other for easy gatherings and family entertainment! 1 sofa, love seat, and chair in the living room. 6 bar stools at the bar and seating at the table for 6! 2 master suites! 1 is on the 1st floor with access to a covered wrap around porch and the other is a big master with a sitting area on the 3rd floor with access to a wrap around balcony! Both have king beds and private baths! There is also a half bath on the 1st floor in the hall. The 2nd floor has 2 big bedrooms with 4 bunks in one room and another king bed in the other! Both bedrooms have access to yet another wrap around balcony! There is also a full bathroom! Nicely furnished and plenty of room in this house! Emerald Shores is a gated neighborhood very close to the beach with a private beach Cabana, 2 pools, a tennis court, and a basketball goal. There is access from both the beach side and from HWY 98 for an easy commute anywhere! Shopping, golf, water sports, and all Destin activities are very close! Located centrally between the Destin Commons Mall and the Silver Sands Outlet Mall about 2 miles from each! Come see why Destin is paradise! If you come once, you'll come often!
The Destin area is known as the Luckiest Fishing Village in the World! Deep sea fishing is very popular in the region. The sugary white beaches and the clear, sometimes Emerald Green waters give true meaning to the word, 'Paradise!' The Destin area is abundant with restaurants, bars, shopping areas, golf, and water sports.

Spring Break 2015


Very nice gated community that was quiet despite it being Spring Break. Basketball goal is inside single tennis court, so it was a battle between tennis players and basketball players to use those amenities. It is about a two minute walk to the beach, and the house has a wagon to haul your chairs, coolers, etc. House had plenty of room for our 8 guests and was nicely furnished with a large main tv and good kitchen with appliances (toaster and blender). House has a gas grill (you need to fill the propane tank) and a small charcoal grill available to use and a hose to wash off your sandy items. Washer and dryer worked well and was nice to have in our unit. Keypad to enter house, so no keys to keep track of! Overall a great house, and we would stay there again!
