awesome

We had a great time staying at Annie\'s! She was an excellent host, really went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and welcome! The place was spotless, well equipped and super quiet at night (important for us light sleepers!) very convenient to everything in Honolulu, easy to park there and take uber to anyplace we didn\'t want to walk. Overall awesome experience and we would def stay again!

Great

Annies\' place was incredible! Great views and easy to get around. My sister and I walked to the Diamond Head Hiking Trail from her place. It was about a 3 mile walk/run. Described perfectly as stated on the website. I highly recommend her place :)

Great place!

Stayed in Waikiki Jan 17-26th. This was my first AirBnB experience, so I have nothing to compare with. Overall, I found Annie to be a fantastic host. Communication was easy - prompt to reply, accurate, and detailed. I did not get to meet Annie in person, but she touched based during our stay to make sure everything was ok. Checking-in was easy via lockbox as was checking-out. Annie was flexible with our late arrival and late departure, which was a definite plus compared to other properties / hotels. The building itself is located right on the marina (called Ilikai Marina Condos), and we paid for Annie\'s $18/d parking in addition. I was worried at first reading about the various Waikiki garages (some being hard to get in/out), but this one was a breeze, was connected to the condo, had 24 hr in/out privileges (simply wrote the pass number down on the ticket and handed it to the attendant on exit), and could easily fit any large vehicle (we rented a mid-size SUV and had no issues with clearance or space). There was no assigned spot in the garage, but it was never close to being full regardless of time of day. The condo building itself was well maintained, two elevators serviced the higher floors (the unit was on the 15th floor), and another two floors 1-7. I was a bit nervous at first because of some AirBnB listings of a condo in the Marina area with elevator wait times of 20-45 minutes at peak times. I don\'t know if this is the same building, but my experience was great. The longest we waited was only 1-2 minutes. Annie\'s unit was exactly as described, clean, well maintained, and well appointed. There were even beach towels in the cabinet behind the mirror in the bathroom area (didn\'t realize it was a cabinet until day 2 of our stay). The internet worked well, and there was a TV (no cable, but Netflix available -- honestly who needs a TV, you\'re in Waikiki. I don\'t recall even bothering to turn it on!). The AC wasn\'t as strong as what I am use to, but worked reasonably well. The view was of the city, but being on the 15th floor, you could see a decent amount and we were high enough from the road noise. The condo was located right on the marina, which was great for my conference at the Convention Center and Hilton Village. Given Annie\'s flexibility and communication, and experience with this unit, I would definitely stay again in one of her units...maybe the ones overlooking the Marina. Thanks for a great first AirBnB experience.

wonderful

We would like to thank Annie for helping my family has a good first trip in Waikiki Hawaii. Annie is a wonderful host; she is always very helpful whenever we have questions. She also provided all the details information about her apartment, parking, place to hand out and eat v.v. My family really enjoyed Annie\'s apartment; because it is well organized with full kitchen sets, bathroom set, TV, internet and AC. Everything look very clean as described in her photo on airbnb. We also like the location of her apartment; it is not too far from main streets of Waikiki and the beach. There also has trolleys and bus available from morning to evening.

great experience!!

This was my first time using AirBnb myself, booking the whole thing end to end and I was delighted with the entire experience from start to finish! First, Annie. Annie was a great host and was very easy to work with. She would usually respond to my messages within minutes and was very helpful with all the questions I had about the apartment. On top of that she was always really polite and was very forthcoming with additional information. Second, the apartment. I was staying for both business and leisure so for me the location was ideal. It is outside the downtown Waikiki area which was about a 15-25 minutes walk away depending on which part you went to. There is a general grocery store just across the street along with some bars and restaurants. It is close to the Hilton complex with the beach and lagoon and Friday fireworks, but far enough from downtown Waikiki that I wasn\'t disturbed by any noise at night. The apartment was modern, clean and Annie even left me some provisions like fruit and wine which was a great touch. Checkin and checkout were easy too. All in all a great experience!!
