All cancellation needs to be in writing. 
Should tenant cancel 61 days or more prior to the first day of rental period, reservation deposit is refundable minus a  $200 administration fee.

ALL OUR RATES ARE BASED ON 4 PEOPLE:
Each additional adult/teen $10/Night.$50/Week or $120/month
Each additional child 7 to 12 year $5/night.25/Week.$60/month
CHILDREN 6 YEARS OR YOUNGER STAY FREE.
