It is a 3 bedroom, 3 bath home with private outdoor hot tub, 2 gas fireplaces, in-floor radiant heat, travertine floors and showers/tub surrounds, LED flat screen TV's, leather furniture, private porches with gas BBQ, lots of privacy and incredible view! There is a fire pit on site, as well as a large lawn/yard and horse shoe pit! This is the perfect home for a family or a few couples looking for a peaceful, relaxing and invigorating place to stay! Our property sits on the bluff 550 feet above sea level, overlooking Kachemak Bay and the Kenai Mountains. * Private outdoor hot tub * 3 bedroom, 3 bath, sleeps 6 * Master bedroom (upstairs) = king bed, 2 leather reclining chairs, 40 in flat screen tv, walk in closet, full bathroom with jetted tub & double shower. Large sitting area off master bedroom (separated by french doors) has a gas fireplace, couch, 2 reclining chairs and desk. * Upstairs bedroom = 1 queen bed, 2 chairs & 40 in flat screen tv. Full bathroom with shower located right outside bedroom. * Downstairs bedroom = 1 king bed, 2 chairs & 40 in flat screen tv. Full bathroom with tub/shower located right outside bedroom. * Trim, beams, bar and window sills made out of local beetle kill Spruce. * Full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, including dishwasher, blender, mixer, toaster, coffee pot and Keurig Coffee Maker. * LED flat screen tv's in each bedroom and living room * WiFi * Laundry room with Washer/Dryer * Travertine floors & showers/tub surrounds * HRV (ventilation system) * In floor heat * Jotul natural gas fireplace in living room and sitting room off master bedroom. * Dining table seats 8, bar seats 6 * Ceiling fan in large and master bedroom * Private lawn/yard, large fire pit (wood provided) & horse shoe pit all facing the incredible view of Kachemak Bay and the Kenai Mountains. * Custom made swing and slide for children. * Weber natural gas grill on porch (no filling of tanks) * 4 decks (entry, master, main and side). ·  THE 50% DEPOSIT FOR THE LUPINE HOUSE IS NON-REFUNDABLE.
·  The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to your reservation. If you do not show up for your reservation or cancel less than 30 days prior, you will be charged the balance.
·  We will make every effort to re book your dates so that you owe the least amount possible.
Had an amazing time and house was more than expected, beyond clean and a pleasure to stay. I\'m confident it has the best view of the area, and will recommend to others and also next trip no question we will return there. Thanks Dan
What a memorable, amazing place to stay! We stayed in Lupine for 5 days. 2 Families with 3 kids. Everything was above and beyond our expectations! Cabin was exceptional and decor was modern and so comfortable. Everything was brand new and nothing forgotten. Anything we needed was there, everything was thought of to make our stay perfect. The hot tub with a beautiful view, smores with our kids in our private fire pit, a huge yard for kids to play, brand new grill for our fresh caught salmon, our morning view from a huge master bedroom suite.....our memories will last a lifetime! Thank you Jen for your hospitality! We will be back!!
