Cleaning fees are always refunded if the guest did not check in.
The Airbnb service fee is non-refundable.
Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you're charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as     outlined below.
If there is a complaint from either party, notice must be given to Airbnb within 24 hours of check-in.

Frederico was very accommodating. He waited for our arrival to show us around. The patio and pool area outside was relaxing. All the doors opened up to the patio, which we loved. He was very easy to communicate with if we needed anything. We will be back!

Excelente lugar, esta cerca de la quinta avenida y al mismo tiempo sientes mucha tranquilidad y es muy relajante, ademas Federico es un excelente anfitrión, fue muy atento y servicial, definitivamente tengo que regresar.

Incredible place. Very safe and quiet area to relax, but 5min from 5th Beach Avenue if you want bars and restaurants! The apartment is spectacular, comfortable and of good design. Excellent spaces Federico is very friendly. We were greeted with the best attentions! I recommend it extensively and every time I return, I would definitely stay there.

Wow! This apartment is amazing! It has a private rooftop with a jacuzzi and a palapa with sofas and hammock. There is a bathroom and bar up there. There is a cleaning lady who services the apartment daily, and also a grounds keeper who will go flag down taxis for you. This is in a upscale gated/guarded community at the foot of downtown Playa. Federico was very helpful with airport transportation as well. We will definitely be back!
