With 7 bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms, this elegant and spacious vacation home is perfect for family groups, licensed to sleep up to 16 guests. The first/ground floor of the Villa is wheelchair accessible.The spacious kitchen has been fully equipped with everything that you could possibly want to prepare a family feast or a quick snack. Let the family eat together at our separate dining area, or choose to snack at the breakfast bar in the kitchen.
A dining area is also provided for those special meals... Enjoy the Floridian sunshine as you have fun together in our sparkling, crystal clear pool (the pool can be optionally heated).
The pool deck is provided with a removable safety fence for extra added protection for young infants should you need it, and all doors leading on to the deck area have been provided with additional safety locks and switch-able alarms. Dining by the pool under the stars will make your stay a truly special time!
This luxury home has a spacious family room overlooking the pool. Perfect for relaxing in together during the day or evening, with cooling ceiling fan, luxurious furnishings, sumptuous sofas, a large-screen smart TV so your family can enjoy the evenings together as you can watch your favorite tv programs including most sport channels. There's also a separate lounge area providing extra space, and the perfect place for the kids to play - or for that peaceful haven to get away from it all. Moreover, a game room equipped with billiard and Ping-Pong combo, air hockey and foosball for both adults and kids.

I am Jane! I have three boys age from 5 to 11. They love this house and enjoy vacation here. We recently upgraded the floor and the game room in the house. We are looking for more plans to decorate this house into a dream vacation house for our guests. I sincerely hope this house can be a sweet and cozy home for you when you stay in Disney area. Reservations: $300 refundable deposit; Total fund: due no later than six weeks before arrival; Deposit refund: around one week after departure upon inspection. Cancellation and deposit/rental refund policy: 1) More than 3 months prior to arrival: 100% refund -$20 service fee; 2) Between 60 to 90 days prior to arrival: as the credit towards the house to be used within a year 3) Between 30 to 60 days: lost of 50% rental or deposit 4) Less than 30 days prior to arrival: no refund.
Pool heating should be $180/week or $30/day with 3 day minimum (Oct to Apr). Stay of less than one week incur a cleaning fee of $145. Credit card processing fee; 3-4%. Promotional rate doesn't include holidays.

This is the place to stay. Beautiful home, lots of space for a large group. Very good location, owner very conscientious about the home. Would recommend this to everyone with a large party. Will book again for sure.
Planning my vacation was exciting, i was able to view vacation rentals on my computer that were awesome.this home is exactly as the pics show!..i was so Pleasantly surprised.It really felt like my home away from home for sure!!
This home was perfect for the weekend getaway! The home had everything we needed and more. The owner was very knowledgeable and professional in all business matters pertaining to rental. So many memories and laughter took place at this location and we will definitely consider staying at this home again.
The home was perfect for our stay in Kissimmee/Orlando. Great location & floorplan/layout. The boys loved the game room & the pool. Plenty of room to prepare & feed the entire team & support staff!! The home had everything we needed for our stay! The only downside was that the ice machine wasn\'t working & we had to purchase ice each day for our needs - but, with Walmart just minutes away, we made due! We would definitely recommend this villa & stay again when traveling to the area!
