Sleeps: 4Located just South of Johnson Lake State Park, it is the perfect headquarters for either trout fishing on the lake or for a guided trip down the nearby Kasilof or Kenai River for Salmon. The bathroom has a shower rather than a tub. The cabin has a full kitchen. All basic utensils are available. In addition, the makings of a Deluxe Continental Breakfast and provided. Typically, this includes coffee or tea, yogurt, cereal and milk, pastry and juice. It is a one room cabin with an upstairs sleeping loft. The sleeping area has an alcove which would also accommodate a couple of small children. The stairs to the sleeping area is rather steep, especially at night to reach the bathroom.

Friendly and outgoing, Sharon did everything she could to make sure that we were comfortable and happy with our weeklong stay in Alaska.
Sharon met us when we arrived. Loved her cabin it is very charming, clean and gives you a homey feeling. Beautiful sunset on the lake which is just a short walk from the cabin. Sharon is very kind and sweet and gave us tips for some other wonderful views for our trip to Homer.
Sharon was a very welcoming and gracious host. The cabin was in great order when we arrived. This cabin is off the main road, but in a great location for people looking to explore the Kenai Peninsula. The cabin has everything a small group of people might need to have an ideal escape for a week or a weekend.
We had a great experience overall; the cabin was comfortable, cozy, cute, & clean. The price is great too. We would definitely return, if in the area!
