The complex features a pool, basketball court and tennis court as well as a restaurant with great food and live music 5 nights a week.

Mill Harbour is just 1.5 miles from the lovely town of Christiansted which boasts a beautiful harbor, many restaurants and bars. The island has much to offer including gorgeous beaches, beer drinking pigs, snorkeling, paddle boarding, scuba diving, charter fishing and amazing sunsets.

Value for money


We stayed at the condo for a week before Christmas. The condo was clean and nice. We had a small problem with the fridge which was fixed within a couple of hours by the landlord. The dining table was on the balcony and we enjoyed sitting outside save from the rain and watching the sea closeby. There is a nice pool area and a restaurant where you can buy food and drinks. The condo is a five minutes drive from downtown Christiansted and it is recommondable to rent a car when staying there.

My family and I loved our time at Kim\'s condo. The condo is centrally located . Kim was very responsive throughout my stay. I would recommend Kim\'s condo to anyone traveling to St.Croix . The grounds were very quiet and relaxing and the view was amazing.

Great location, Great price, Great customer service!


Great location - easy drive to Christensted. Awesome snorkeling right off of the private beach. This complex is adjacent to property owned by the Nature Conservatory so you have some nice undeveloped beach space to walk on. We had an issue with the refrigerator when we first arrived and Kim answered her phone right away and made arrangements to have it fixed the next morning and the contractor apologized for not coming out the night before. The space was clean and the beds were comfortable. There isn\'t laundry in the condo but they do have machines in the complex. The property has some quirks - electric cords seem to be abundant and the kitchen faucet works best when you pull it out but you can\'t beat the price! We were 3 couples and all of us said we would come back. Big Beards tour to Buck Island was great, You are here - in Christensted had fantastic pizza, the new brewery had really good beer and the Cruzan Rum tour with Jason was awesome!
