  • A Queen Bed in each bedroom; or
  • A queen bed in one bedroom and 2 twins in the other bedroom;
  • or a queen bed in one bedroom and a king bed in the other bedroom;
  • or a queen in one bedroom and 1 double & 1 twin bed in the 2nd bedroom;
  • or a queen bed in one bedroom & 2 double beds in the 2nd bedroom
  • Full bathroom with tub and shower
  • Kitchen and Living Room open concept
  • Full size Stove (with oven) and Fridge (with freezer), and most all have dishwasher
  • Microwave, Coffee Maker, Toaster, Kettle, Dishes, Pots 'n Pans, Silverware
  • Pull out Sofa Bed
  • Satellite TV
  • Sun Deck with Propane BBQ and Patio Table Set
  • In Room Phones
  • All bed linens, pillows and towels are provided, with towel exchanging  (Cottage towels cannot be taken outside to the pool, onto the grounds, or at the beach.
  • You need to bring your own beach towels to use outside or at the pool
  • You cannot cook Lobster or Mussels inside the cottage, please use the outside cooker available at the office.
  • Bikes cannot be taken inside the cottage but can be safely stored outside on your private deck
  • Complimentary Daily Beach Passes for the Whole Family (save $23 per day)
  • NON-SMOKING Inside - Ash try provided for smoking outside on the deck
  • AIR CONDITIONING
  • Wireless internet connection available in the cottage
  • No Off Site Visitors allowed after 10pm  or before 10am
  • NO Pets Allowed
  • Open mid June - late September    (open date varies throughout June each year)

Check In Time: After 3:30pm (up to 10:00pm)

(Arrangements can be made with us for you to be able to pick up your Family package passes anytime after 11:00am with prior notice)

Promotional Offer: promotion for Sept and June where you don't pay the TAX for some stays - inquire for details.
