Description

Main Floor = has 1bedroom with a queen bed and access to full bath, living room with fireplace, full kitchen and dining room all on this floor with great views of the lake. Upstairs Floor= has Master Bedroom with a king size its own bathroom and large sitting area, and access to the hot tub room, with a balcony for coffee in the morning. Downstairs (water level)= has two sets of bunk beds and queen bed. Access to lower deck with sitting area and an outdoor shower.

Upper deck off main floor has lounge chairs, various tables and chairs, umbrellas, BBQ, and seated bar with chairs, high table with built-in heater.

Grew up in California where I married and had our first child, our son, later we moved to Texas on an employment transfer. I love Texas for it's a state that is warm, welcoming, and family oriented. In Texas our second child, our girl was born, Michelle, I say I keep both states and grammas happy! No more kids, now its time to enjoy grandkids. We have been living in Texas since 1993 and call this great state home.

Great place


This is a great place for a large family gathering, the deck is huge with plenty of space for all to enjoy. We had fun fishing off of the lower deck and enjoying beautiful sunrise and sunset views. The owner was very helpful and responsive to our request. We enjoyed our stay here and would recommend it to others.

Ideal Getaway Property!


My family loved our weekend getaway at this property! It was clean, well furnished, and provided everything we needed and more. The deck is enormous and has incredible views of the lake. My husband and I spent our mornings drinking coffee and listening to the sounds of nature - so relaxing! The house has ample eating space (inside and out) and the bedrooms have plenty of room for adults and kids. The fireplace provided ambiance for our evening family time and the kids still talk about how much fun they had at the downtown Granbury square and at Fossil Rim. I highly recommend this property and we will definitely be returning!

Amazing and relaxing week on this beautiful lake..This house had everything we needed!!


WE relaxed, swam, watched the sun set and enjoyed the deck. The bed was very comfortable and we had ample room through out..WE look forward to returning this year!!
