we have the best views on shoals creek and over 3000 sq ft of deck around the house on two levels with a covered deck on lower level .the lower deck also has a covered cedar hot tub room over 400 sq ,and a custom wrap around cedar bar.we have a very large cal spa with leds lights and all the bells and whistles .The house has over 3500 sq ft and just had a $100,000 update!There are 2 bedrooms up stairs with king beds and the master bedroom has double doors to the deck and a great view.

The den dinning room and kitchen have 17 foot ceilings with big open space.

There is a one of a kind indoor BBQ grill so rain or shine you can grill.We have a new gas grill on top deck and a large smoker grill on lower area.This is my personal home I just don't have the time to stay there ,so we put on vrbo to rent. The boat dock is 2 levels. With a 12 ft high dive on top and 2 boat slips with lifts and swim dock with latter.We have 4.5 acres ,so you have plenty of privacy, whether you are having a wedding or just want to kick back and enjoy the views you will love your stay.

Awesome family rental!


My entire family (12) were able to enjoy a fun filled vacation on a beautiful lake! The place was super clean and up dated. The furnishings are plentiful and better than most homes have! There was an abundance of space so that we were not bumping into each other, and an array of activities to keep busy! We chose to cook most of our meals and the grills (3) and huge kitchen were perfect! We fished, played pool, dove off the dock, swung out into the lake and just floated around! We watched the beautiful sunsets either rocking on one of two huge decks or soaking in the 8 person hot tub! The owner was very helpful and so nice! He even brought us some fresh veggies from his garden! I would highly recommend this rental! We are going back next year!

What a wonderful weekend our family had at your home. The house was fully furnished with everything we needed, from cooking utensils to linens! We couldn't have asked for a more breathtaking view from the balcony. Everyone enjoyed the decks, diving board and the hot tub. Your boat lift was perfect for keeping our boat at our convenience all weekend. Thank you again for your kindness and for making our family weekend one to remember.
