This stunning 4 bed, 4.5 bath end unit has the most beautiful views and light of all the complex. Completed in April/May 2013 you will be staying in the areas finest new property. There are two king bedrooms upstairs with a fireplace in the master. There is a queen downstairs in the third. The fourth has a unique wood bunk bed that has a queen & twin and a sleeper sofa. ALL bedrooms have their own private bathroom. The kitchen is beautifully designed with rich wood cabinets, granite counters and stainless steel appliances. The kitchen is equipped with all the appliances and stocked to prepare lovely meals at your mountain retreat. The living and dining space are spacious warm and comfortable. There are flat screen TV's, DVD players and internet throughout the house.

There is also a laundry room with a full size washer and dryer for your convenience and a one car garage.

Loved This Condo!


We stayed 7 nights at this condo. We have visited the Silverthorne area several times before, and stayed in other condos. This was BY FAR THE BEST EXPERIENCE we have every had. The owners were easy to contact, very considerate of our needs, and extremely easy to work with. The property is even nicer than the pictures. We loved the layout which afforded everyone privacy. Every bedroom has its own bath....which is nice. In addition, there is a 1/2 bath on the main floor. The hot tub, fire pit, and table to seat six are on the bottom floor. There is an outdoor grill on the main level (convenient to the kitchen and inside eating area. The kitchen was well appointed, and every conceivable need was covered. The property is minutes away from shopping in Silverthorne, Dillon, Frisco or Breckenridge. We will definitely stay here again!

Great Vacation Rental! Impeccable Condition!


We just spent a long weekend at this town home. We found the rental to have everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable and the hot tub was the best! We enjoyed the hot tub every night and loved roasting s'mores on the firepit. The home is very spacious and we found it to be even nicer than the photos. The furniture is beautiful and comfortable. The location is good, it is just minutes from Silverthorne. The owners were a pleasure to work with and very considerate. I can not really think of anything we didn't like. It is close to the road so if the windows are open, you will hear cars but the views are phenomenal and that far outweighs the road noise! We can not wait to come back for a ski week!
