Final touches are underway on renovations that will make this the premier ocean front rental in Dillon Beach. The Sea Horse will be ready for you to stay as early as the weekend of April 20th, 2013. We will add finished photos as we progress but please excuse our mess in these preliminary shots. This spectacular vacation home features 4 large bedrooms and 4 full baths. Three of the 4 bedrooms have full baths and there are 3 other areas that can be used as overflow bed rooms for a total of 7 different sleeping areas. One of those areas is a beautiful movie theater/media room with a fire place and a 10 drop down projection screen, comfy theater seats and room for a queen sized AeroBed. A second family room below has another deck with a hot tub with unobstructed ocean views. The family room also has a sofa sleeper with air bed that can be curtained off to act as a 5th bedroom. All well appointed bathrooms feature contemporary maple cabinets and natural stone tile. Two of the master suites have huge showers and the main bathroom has a deep jetted tub.
The bright open floor plan offers a wonderful grate room with soaring beamed ceilings and 18 inch windows, a large living room with fire place, fully stocked chefs kitchen with island and the dining room has a table for 14 plus a counter that seats 4 more. The great room opens to a huge deck that commands the most spectacular views imaginable of waves crashing onto the California coast.
