Villa Tonia is a villa with pool in Apulia for rent, located in countryside of Fasano, at about 2 km far from the sea (Savelletri) and 4 km from Capitolo, strategic position to reach the historical centre of the White City of Ostuni and other famous places of the Apulia (Italy), to visit during the holidays.
The guests have at their disposal the swimming pool, surrounded from lawn, palms, olive trees, under which it can relax in the nature.
It is about 3 km far from the first beach, on a characteristic coast of the Adriatic Sea, where the reef alternates at some nice small and middle sandy beaches (free or equipped) surrounded by the Mediterranean scrub.
The independent villa with swimming pool, on two levels, has a wide garden and a large square (about 2.500 s.m.), an equipped veranda, where it can have dinner.
Upon request the owners provide :
air conditioning, at the cost of 1,00 euro for every hour (cost will read by the conditioning meter)
linen at the cost of 15,00 euro for every person for every change
if available 3 beds in addition, at the cost of 10,00 euro for every day for every bed
a cradle, at the cost of 5,00 euro for every day
The prices include the cost of electricity, water, gas, final villa cleanings and private pool.
To secure a firm reservation a 30% pre-payment is requested. The 70% balance is due upon arrival. In addition to the basic rental fee, a security deposit of Euro 300,00 is requested.
REMAINING PERIODS - except holidays period
August reservations must be made for a minimum of two weeks, either the first two weeks,or the last two weeks. Alternatively, it is possible to reserve three consecutive weeks.
