Rent includes all utilities including water, sewer, trash pick-up, 200 channel cable-HDTV, a separate sound bar, use of all amenities as well as parking. It is also located near the NY Yankee training facility, EPCOT center, and Disney World in Orlando,, among other resort destinations. The following restrictions apply; no subletting , or overnight guests , unless they are adults for which premium rate of $ 45.00 / night / guest is paid in advance of stay and (limited to 2 adults ) no smoking, nor pets.
