It enjoys a superb place to be inserted in a quiet place and close to bars, restaurants and other locations of amusement (100 meters from the bars of Oura Street). On the1st. Flooring has open patio with barbeque, two bedrooms (one with double bed and private bath as well as the other with two single beds), two bedrooms to the bottom floor both with private bath (one with double bed double and one twin), fully equipped kitchen with all essential utensils and appliances - cooker, oven, microwave, washer, dish washer and fridge - dining area and TELEVISION lounge and hearth. Beyond the hamlet is a spectacular swimming-pool (8 mx 4 m approx. And depth which range from 1.1 to 1.7 m) with surrounding region of the pavement and garden as well as a barbeque. The villa has towels and bed linen and cleaning 1 - 3 times weekly and linen replacement is performed once weekly.
