The Blue Marlin is brand new, pet friendly, completed in summer of 2006, beautifully fully furnished. This vacation home has all hardwood floors #1, granite countertops, loads of cabinets, a long granite bar with stools, solid cherry dining room with seats for 8. Large, soft seating in living room to view plasma TV with satellite, 180 channels available. Kitchen opens into the great room for open living, however, bedrooms are separated for privacy. Baths are tile with two showerheads in master. This is a beautiful beach house. Furnished with new beds and furniture, linens, everything. A large screen porch and two sun decks are there to dream the days away. Walk 100' to the gulf with deserted beaches and endless walks.
House is surrounded by 3,000 acres of Florida State Park. Dolphins can be seen from the porch, along with thousands of birds of all different kinds, wild life abounds. If you are looking for a private place to spend with your loved ones, this is it. PETS ARE WELCOME.
