Fully refundable security deposit of $150 due with the reservation and signed rental contract. Refund will be forwarded within 14 days after rental period if no damage to house.

Additional $10 extra person fee for groups over 12, no extra charge for extra child 12 or under

Holidays at peak rate: Christmas, Thanksgiving,Spring Break, Memorial Day, Labor Day (3 night minimum)

Pet fee of $10 per pet/per day. Pet must be house trained. Must receive pet approval before rental and sign pet addendum in contract
