The living area has an open-planned kitchenette and the terrace overlooks a quiet street and you can enjoy the views of the 'Castelli Romani' area in the distance. The bathroom is fully equipped with bathtub/shower, toilet, bidet and washbasin and there is another separate toilet with bidet and washbasin. The building has a lift/elevator and garage parking is also available in the same building (on request at 15 Euros per day). Minimum stay of 3 nights.
