Holiday house" San Pierino" includes the apartment 'IL FIENILE' of 45 square metres for 2 people and the large apartment 'IL PORCILE' of 90 square metres with 3 bedrooms for max. 6 people.
Each apartment has a separate entrance. The interior furnishing has been inspired by the Tuscan style and all our appartments are equipped with a fully furnished kitchen including a cooking stove, a fridge, utensils, dishwasher etc.
Facilities: 2 private pools: swimming pool (10x5m) and the round pool with shower, gazebo, sunloungers, the barbecue are a with a grill, tables, chairs, private parking, property is fenced.

Villa - holiday home "San Pierino" is situated in the heart of Tuscany, on a property of 7 hectares surrounded by olive trees and vine branches. Being located on top of the hill gives you views of the picturesque landscapes of Tuscany. The climate is pleasant even in the middle of summer. The property itself provides many silent places to relax as well.

Holiday house " San Pierino" have very good position - it is in the heart of Tuscany.
From San Pierino you can readily acces the historically famous towns of Florence ( 90 mins), Siena (45 mins) , San Gimignano, Volterra, the Chianti area, the Maremma. You can reach the sea in about a one hour drive ( 64 km Follonica).
San Pierino is situated in the Siena region of Colline Senesi and within close proximity ( 1km) to the typically Tuscan village of Radicondoli. This picturesque medieval place is set on a hill and offers a marvellous view of the surrounding landscape. Radicondoli is a lovely little village which has kept its special Italian charakter and welcomes guests from all around the world. In Radicondoli you will find shops, pizzeria, restaurants, bars, bank, post office, pharmacy, tennis court and sport fround.
Car is recommended.
During summer many events of a cultural and entertaining nature take place in the village. Surrounding nature invites for walk and bikes and other activities, such as horse riding and mountain bike tours. Wonderful walking country.

When you book entire holiday house the rent price is valid for 8 persons ( inclusive children from 3 years).

-water, electricity and gas for cooking
-weekly exchange of bed linen, towels and dish towels
-final cleaning of the apartment
-use of private pool, garden furniture, pergola, grill .
Not included in the rental price:
-heating ( on consumption )
-use of washing machine (a washing machine is available for use at a cost of 8 Euros per load; this price includes washing powder)
- firewood
Family pets are permitted -an additional fee of 20 Euros/ week -pet will be charged.
