Underneath the villa, we have a large marina where sailing and speed boats are moored , it might be an idea to bring your own boat and explore the lake by own means, this is a special experience. Sailing lessons, speedboat rentals, small motorboat rentals, taxi boat rentals can be provided.
Having such a large terrace, the apartment on the ground floor is suitable for wedding parties, family gatherings, or other events. if you wish to organize this during your stay , exceeding the number of guests sojourning, ask for permission and charges.
PAYMENT :
Excellent place all the way around. We rented the main floor as well as the penthouse in Mid Sept last year. The personal service from Louise as well as the owner was outstanding. We were able to get a local deli with excellent food to bring over food and wine the night we arrived --outstanding!! It is only a 5 minute walk to the city center ( Menaggio and ferry). Golf is about a 10 minute car ride. Great restaurants within 5-10 minutes. Every day we would get fresh veggies and fruit and bring back to the fully loaded kitchens. At night we set out by the hot tub and look at the beautifyl Swiss Alps and drink great local wines. What a great place!! My wife and friends want to return again to Villa Navalia !! Tom
