84 The Spit is a 3.5 Star Holiday Apartment complex in a 5 star location - an unbelievable position for a relaxed family holiday at reasonable rates. The 10 storey high rise is an icon on the famous Mooloolaba spit. 84 The Spit Beachfront Apartments are from floors one to three and the Oceanview apartments are from floors four to nine. All of the apartments are fully self-contained with full kitchen and laundry facilities, including dishwasher, microwave, full-size fridge, washer and dryer, DVD player and FOXTEL. All also have free WiFi.

Terms & Conditions

CONDITIONS:

  • Tariffs are subject to change without notice. Where bookings have been confirmed by a deposit the tariff quoted will be honoured. Full accommodation charges must be paid before occupancy commences unless special prior arrangements have been made.
  • Occupancy starts and ends on the date shown on the deposit receipt.
  • 2 bedroom apartments accommodate 4 persons.
  • The 4 bedroom Penthouse accommodates up to 8 persons and with the studio, 10 persons.
  • Certain units may accommodate an additional person at a charge of $35/night.
  • Only the number of people shown on the receipt may stay in the apartment overnight.
  • Animals or pets are not to be brought onto the premises.
  • Neither the Body Corporate, the Manager nor the apartment owner is liable for any damage or loss of property that a Guest may sustain while on the complex.
  • The booking Guest will be liable for payment of any charges incurred by any Guest together with all replacements and necessary costs for any damage or loss to the apartment and its contents or the Body Corporate property.
  • The Guest authorises the Manager to charge any credit card for any loss, damage or monetary contribution for which any Guest is liable under this document or otherwise.
  • No refund will be given for early departure.

Cancellations:
High Season: Minimum 28 days notice - refund less $55 administration fee.
Other Seasons: Minimum 14 days notice - refund less $55 administration fee. If less notice is given, there will be no refund unless and until the apartment is re-let for the total period of the original booking.
