This Condo is bright and cheery, recently renovated, spacious studio condo in a building straight on a pristine stretch of white sandy beach. This is centrally located in the heart of Puerto Rico.
There is a relaxed queen size platform bed. The living area has a relaxed love seat and a six person dining set. The Living room has very large moving doors that open onto the balcony, which looks over the beach. The bedroom has a Queen scaled Pull-Down Murphy bed. The condo comes appointed with all linens, towels, kitchen apparatus, stereo, CD player, tape deck, cable TV, VCR/DVD, Wi-Fi Wireless Cable, air conditioner, and many other facilities.
The kitchen has a burner stove, oven, microwave, toaster, blender, coffee maker and is fully prepared with glasses, silverware, pots and pans. All you need to carry are your clothing and music.
The Puerto Rico area is the main tourist area and home to several casinos, fine restaurants, grocery stores, tourist shops, all within wandering distance. Although being so close to such a chaotic area, the condo is very quiet, apart from course for the constant sound of the waves crashing on the beach below.
The vacation rental rates $300 per night.
