This is our unit (i.e. people providing this site).  We have worked hard to make this a top quality unit (Sony TV, free high speed Internet, free unlimited long distance phone calls to anywhere in the United States or Canada, recently remodeled, all new appliances, etc.).  When you plan your Molokai vacation we would appreciate it if you would give our unit careful consideration. However, if you find one of the other units a better fit for your needs we are happy to provide this site as a public service to you and our friends on Molokai.  Mahalo for visiting this site!

Terms & Conditions

Rental Terms:  A 30% deposit is due on booking for your first visit.  The full amount (including tax and cleaning fee) is due 30 days prior to your arrival.  The deposit is fully refundable if you cancel at least 30 days prior to your arrival date.

Payment Methods:  We accept personal checks, business checks, or travelers checks - We do not accept credit cards.

Repeat Visitors:  Repeat visitors receive an additional 10% discount rate and only need to make a 15% deposit at the time of booking.

Check In and Check Out Times: Normal Check Out time is 11:00 a.m. and Check In time is 4:00 p.m.  If we do not have back to back bookings we may be able to vary these times slightly.  However, with back to back visitors this is the minimum time required to clean the unit properly.
