The farmhouse is vacation home in the very private Ellensburg area of Washington.
The farmhouse comprises of a separate three bedroom, two bath guest house with sleeping fluff, a main unit great room with full kitchen and fireplace and 1/2 bath, and a individual master unit with full bath. All three bedrooms have gas burning stoves for warmness and ambience.
The house is decorated in Mexican Ranch style, with Saltillo tile floors and lots of Mexican arts and crafts for decoration. The vacation home was built five years ago and is in excellent condition. There are various covered patios adjacent to each room, with patio furniture and hammocks for relaxing.
There is a wooden hot tub for evening star gazing, a small pond, a horseshoe pit and campfire pit. There is a barn for parking one car near to the house.
The adjoining area is great for country walks or bike rides, including a miles long watering ditch dirt road bordering the property. The closer very tiny town of Kittitas is quaint with two bars and two restaurants, one with fantastic hamburgers.
Historic Ellensburg has several good restaurants and an excellent art gallery and museum, and of course, the famous Ellensburg Rodeo every Labor Day weekend.
$100 cleaning charge plus a $300 fully refundable damage deposit. Rent during the Ellensburg Rodeo on Labor Day weekend is $500 per night.
