Joy Happens cottage has four bedrooms with three baths. The dwelling area and all bedrooms have TVs/DVDs. Fast Access wireless internet is accessible for internet junkies or those who must take their offices to the beach.
A choice of two pools in the neighborhood present a respite from the sand at the beach. Shopping and dining is within walking distance at Gulf Place. A ten minute drive to the West is Silver Sands Designer/Factory Outlet Center and Destin Commons, a new shopping and amusing center with retail shops, restaurants and a Rave Motion picture theater.

Cancellation Policy: You may cancel up to 7 days after your original booking date with no charge. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made more than 7 days from booking date with out the purchase of CSA Travel Protection Insurance. CSA Travel Protection Insurance is optional but strongly encouraged. No refunds will be made in the event of a mandatory evacuation if guest does not purchase CSA insurance.
