Description

This is a fully air-conditioned luxury BnB situated on the north-west coast of Maine, in the quiet, peaceful neighborhood of Naples. The BnB location allows you to experience magnificent views of the Naples and daily unobstructed spectacular sunsets.

The BnB is completely air conditioned and also has ceiling fans. Bedrooms are situated on the first floor. They all have en suite bathrooms, showers with translucent doors to maintain that feeling of spaciousness, their separate patios and views of the ocean.

The BnB has a capacity for 20-22 people. The bedroom is geared up with 2 individual beds that are put together. In the living room you have a very comfortable sofa bed for 2 guests and a flat screen TV. You have a dining table with seating for twenty people.

The marble counter top kitchen is fully equipped. Kitchen is fully equipped with fridge or freezer stove, Microwave, pots or pans, cutlery, toaster, iron, coffeemaker, dishes, utilities.

A Sebago Lakes vacation rental rates $125 per night. Rates are subject to switch without notice.

Room rates do not include the Maine State Lodging tax of 8% or any gratuities.

There is a one night or 1/2 of your stay deposit required on all rooms at the time of your reservation.

The deposit is applied to the last night (or nights) of your stay and you are responsible for the beginning portion. We do not accept cancellations on a portion of your stay.

we do require a month\'s notice for cancellations even in the off season.

There is a $25.00 charge per room per cancellation.

In-Season Room Rate $145.00 to $200.00. For a suite $250.00 (5/1 – 10/31) Off-Season Rate $135.00 to $165.00 (11/1 – 4/30) Off-Season Specials (from 11/1 to 4/1, excluding holidays) 2nd Night at 1/2 Price -OR- 3rd Night Free (only at reg. room rate) Sunday thru Thursday only
