Our condo is a lovely two bedroom and two bathroom units, with direct beach access. There is also a queen size elevated blow up sleeper. The condo seems out over the swimming pool and tennis court and is situated on the second floor.
It has been totally refurbished to include an all new kitchen with Mexican style counter tops and new appliances, an upgraded tiled shower with a Mexican style vanity, tile flooring, crown-molding, and all new furniture.
Windsurfing, catamaran and jet-ski rentals are available on the beach. Golf, sailing and bicycle or scooter rentals are nearby on the Playa Del Carmen. There are many outstanding restaurants offering a variety of cuisines.
Natz Ti Ha I101 is a warm, family oriented community that you will enjoy any time of year.
A 5% service charge will be added to the rental rates.
A 50% payment of the total rental amount is required within 3 days after reserving your unit for confirmation. Failure to do so will result in the cancellation of your reservation. The balance must be paid 30 days prior to the arrival date.
The total rental amount is due for reservations made within 30 days of the arrival date.
If cancellation of the reservation becomes necessary then a refund is issued according to the guidelines and limitations outlined below:-
75% of the amount will be refunded if cancellation occurs 90 days prior to the arrival date.
50% of the amount will be refunded if cancellation occurs 61 - 90 days prior to the arrival date.
25% of the amount will be refunded if cancellation occurs 31-60 days prior to the arrival date.
No Refunds if cancellation occurs less than 30 days prior to the arrival date.
