The suite contains a marble bathroom with a whirlpool bath, and a sitting room.

Of course, cable TV, telephone, VCR, wireless internet and all the creature comforts you'd expect are here for your use and enjoyment. A fabulous kitchen with state of the art appliances welcomes you, while a large and pleasant great room with designer furnishings invites you to linger.

It is ideally situated to shopping. There is a fabulous bird watching, wildlife viewing around the corner.

Casa Del Mar 305 Penthouse vacation rental rates $1900 per week. Until confirmed, prices are subject to switch without notice.

Terms & Conditions

A 5% service charge will be added to the rental rates.

A 50% payment of the total rental amount is required within 3 days after reserving your unit for confirmation. Failure to do so will result in the cancellation of your reservation. The balance must be paid 30 days prior to the arrival date.

The total rental amount is due for reservations made within 30 days of the arrival date.

If cancellation of the reservation becomes necessary then a refund is issued according to the guidelines and limitations outlined below:-

75% of the amount will be refunded if cancellation occurs 90 days prior to the arrival date.

50% of the amount will be refunded if cancellation occurs 61 - 90 days prior to the arrival date.

25% of the amount will be refunded if cancellation occurs 31-60 days prior to the arrival date.

No Refunds if cancellation occurs less than 30 days prior to the arrival date.
