This spacious two bedrooms condo with Cal King size bed plus a new queen sleeper couch in the living room will accommodate up to six guests in comfort. The master bedroom is located in the front side of the home and has full ocean views. It is appointed with one queen size bed, television, dresser and chair. The master bath has single sink vanity and shower stall.
The kitchen is fully prepared with cookware and dishes for eight. It contains a dishwasher and all the equipment you would anticipate to find in your own home. Our newly decorated beach house come finish with a fireplace, TVs in the bedroom and living room, cable, movie library, Wireless Internet access, radiant outdoor deck heaters.
Pueblito Escondido 108 condo vacation rental rates $1100 per week. Prices are subject to modify with no notice.
A 5% service charge will be added to the rental rates.
A 50% payment of the total rental amount is required within 3 days after reserving your unit for confirmation. Failure to do so will result in the cancellation of your reservation. The balance must be paid 30 days prior to the arrival date.
The total rental amount is due for reservations made within 30 days of the arrival date.
If cancellation of the reservation becomes necessary then a refund is issued according to the guidelines and limitations outlined below:-
75% of the amount will be refunded if cancellation occurs 90 days prior to the arrival date.
50% of the amount will be refunded if cancellation occurs 61 - 90 days prior to the arrival date.
25% of the amount will be refunded if cancellation occurs 31-60 days prior to the arrival date.
No Refunds if cancellation occurs less than 30 days prior to the arrival date.
