To reserve the unit we will ask for a $200.00 refundable keys, fob, and reservation deposit, and a none refundable $59.00 damage insurance fee. Refunds will be made within two weeks of departure.
There is a one time $75.00 cleaning fee.
Cancellations and Refunds
Your deposit will be refunded if your reservation is cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, minus a $75.00 transaction fee.
