Our VILLA LE BOTTI is the typical Tuscan Country Villa of the Chianti hills. It has been recently restored preserving the original structure of the house.

Our VILLA sleeps up to 12/14 persons, being made of 3 double-bedrooms and 2 triple bedrooms (each one with 1 double-bed plus 1 single-bed). For families with small children, we can provide baby-beds and one baby-high-chair, all for free.

In the villa you also have a large hall/entrance that leads you to a wonderful dining-room with fireplace (not working, it is a decor) and a large table able to sit 14 people and 1 large living-room with sofas and TV-Sat.

Next to the dining-room there is a large kitchen fully equipped (also with dish-washer, microwave, washing-machine, oven, fridge, freezer, 4 rings-stove, kettle, toaster, Italian-Moka-Coffee-Machine, American-Coffee-Machine, Italian-Espresso-Coffee-Machine).

The nearest village is located 1 km far and it is called MONTAGNANA. There you may find a small market/grocery-shop, a restaurant, two bars and two pizzerias. The nearest small town is named MONTESPERTOLI and it is located 6 km far.

In the garden surrounding the villa there are also sun-beds and many umbrellas. The garden is also equipped with a barbecue area. Our guests have at their disposal 3 bicycles for free.

In total in the villa you have 6 bathrooms at your disposal. At the upper floor you have a “mansarda”/studio with a double-sofa-bed, in case your group is of 14 persons. All the windows have screens in order to protect against insects. The villa has also a large roofed loggia or veranda equipped with tables and chairs in order to eat or relax open-air.

Our guests may also enjoy in full privacy of our large swimming-pool that we have built in a second large park belonging to the VILLA LE BOTTI\'s estate, located at 500 metres far from the Villa. BUT DO NOT WORRY ABOUT THE DISTANCE! In fact, we have built a large nice cottage just next to the swimmingpool (that you may see in our photos too), equipped with a kitchen with dining area, a bathroom and a sleeping area for children, so that if you like to spend a full day at the swimming-pool you will not need to go back and forth from the main villa, because in the cottage you may find all the comforts. Furthermore this second park is also equipped with nice gazebo with tables and chairs; of course you will have at your free disposal also sun-beds, umbrellas and so on. On guests\' request we may organize Tuscan dinners at the main Villa. To guests disposal we also have a Laptop-PC with Internet-Key for surfing the Internet at your pleasure!
