The floors on the terrain floor are terracotta and upper level is wooden parquet flooring. All the old ceilings beams have been maintained. It has two bedrooms and two bathrooms and can sleep six in comfort. One of the double bedrooms has a supplemental single bed.
The apartment is enclosed by terraces and has a large outside teak dining tables and there are sun loungers and umbrellas by the new large pool where you can soak up the sun if you are not distracted by the views!
Its strategic position allows one to visit areas with great artistic and historical interest.
It is the ideal place to enjoy the incredible beauty of the hills, mountain ranges, and sea; furthermore, the close vicinity provides infinity of splendid medieval towns and villages to visit.
Supermarkets, local shops, restaurants, banks are few minutes’ drive away.

My daughter, her 3 year old daughter and I had a wonderful stay in the Francesca. The flat was immaculate and exactly as described. When my granddaughter became ill with a virus Simone arranged for us to have clean towels and sheets and also allowed us to stay two extra days. The flat is extremely convenient to most of the major sights and even with a 3 year old we were able to get whatever we wanted to see. I would highly recommend it.
