It has one bedroom and one bathroom on the floor. The master bedroom has a king bed with a whole bathroom and opens up on top of a beautifully large deck with plenty of room for sunning, dining and relaxing. The bedroom has double beds with a large bathroom that includes a Jacuzzi bathtub.
An ultra-modern kitchen has a fridge with ice-maker, dishwasher, microwave and stove with oven. The dining room is adjacent to the kitchen and beautifully appointed with magnificent views of the Lazio.
A long balcony runs the size of the two beachfront bedrooms and the most stunning sunrises can be viewed from anywhere on the balcony or deck. It is a short walk to the exotic center of Rome, the marina with its shops, boutiques, bars, nightclubs and restaurants. Every popular attraction is within easy reach.
