From its elevated position just outside the traditional village of Kokkino Chorio, Villa Dio Koritsia has impressive views of the Mediterranean Sea, Souda Bay and The Akrotiri Peninsula. Enjoy peace, privacy and comfort; the three bedrooms each one have an ensuite bathroom.
Decorated all over in warm cream and white tones to give a light, open ambience, every possible modern convenience has been provided for you at Villa Dio Koritsia including; satellite TV, DVD, a ceramic hob and built in oven, a large fridge/freezer, microwave oven, washing machine, dish washer and air-con unit in the living room and bedrooms. Central heating provides comfort even during a stay in winter in this beautiful villa.
From the floor you enter into the dining area with the fully fitted kitchen to your left. At the end of the room is the lounge area, and outdoor patio doors from the dining area and lounge open to the large pool terrace and swimming pool overlooking the sea.
Lining the beach are many excellent taverns, cafe/bars, 2 bakeries, a wonderful jeweler shop, 5 mini-markets, gift shops and an off-license. Also in Almyrida there is a aquatic sports centre which rents out kayaks, windsurfers and catamarans.
