It is a modern contemporary design which has a vaulted lounge ceiling and stunning views across the Bay. It is open plan living, with a lounge and kitchen area. White meter electricity heating heats the apartment.
The Kitchen includes an electric hob, washer/drier and built in oven and large fridge freezer and a large dining table with 4 chairs. There is a door leading to the exterior outside balcony with lovely views across open sports fields and the hills. Cardiff Millennium Stadium can also be seen from the balcony as well as a side water view.
An allocated underground secure parking, (with remote key access) is included with the apartment, with lift access directly from this underground parking area or from the secure outside entrance.
You enter the apartment into the hallway which has doors leading to each of the rooms.
The Master bedroom has a King Size bed and large wardrobe with laminate flooring. It has a window which overlooks the sports ground and hills.
There is a fully tiled en-suite shower room with WC, sink and shower.
