over one of the most scenic lakes in Texas. Relax in the master bedroom with king size bed, view of the lake, and adjoining bath. Enjoy the lake from our floating dock or row boat. Several boat ramps are also available, the nearest only 5 minutes away.
Acorn Timbers sleeps 9 with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen, all linens, washer and dryer, satellite TV, VCR, charcoal grill, and row boat. All you need to bring is your food and clothes!
Very quiet and secluded "Acorn Timbers" is close to historic Jefferson, Marshall or Longview Texas not to mention that we are not far from the gambling boats and clubs of Louisiana.
Cancellation Policy:
Should you need to cancel your reservation, your deposit will be returned to you, less a $25 processing fee, provided that your cancellation notice is received 30 days prior to stay.

Each additional person is $10.00 each per night. The house sleeps 8 people maximum.
Holidays are a 3 night minimum.
