Located at about 9,400 ft, this 2,000+ sqft home is perfect for the family vacation. Only 15 minutes from the spectacular hiking, fishing and mountain biking of Golden Gate Canyon State Park… And 15 minutes from the exciting nightlife of Black Hawk and Central City. The family friendly Eldora Mountain Ski Resort is a short 35 minute drive, white water rafting is ½ hour away in Idaho Springs and the Continental Divide and Indian Peaks Wilderness is only about a 15-20 minute drive.
If you enjoy the outdoors, there are few places so centrally located with access to so many activities! And if you need to get to Golden or Denver, it’s a scenic 45 minute or 1 hour drive.
In addition, the beautiful new Gilpin County Recreation Center is right at the bottom of the hill leading to the Gilpin Chalet!
The house’s kitchen has recently been remodeled and has brand new furniture in the two guest bedrooms. It also features a baby grand piano, dish network television and wireless internet.
All linens, cleaning and snow removal are included in the rental price.
