Sleeps: 2El Kanah Marysville is a restored Guest House, built in the 1930’s, in the grand style of the Tudor Manor houses. It still retains much of its original charm and architectural features such as adzed beams, large bay windows and open fireplaces in both the dining hall and main conference hall. In the Seminar/Guest Lounge there is a modern woodheater with central heating in the bedrooms and rest of the building. TVs, Videos and DVDs are located in the two main communal rooms and also in a smaller Guest Room. If guests prefer they can relax with a book in the Reading Room, visit the Chapel with superb views, or enjoy the beautiful 7 acres that El Kanah stands on. Bedrooms are single, double or family sized with electric blankets. There is a children’s room, billiard room, table tennis, tennis and volley balls courts and board games available. El Kanah is opposite an 18 hole Golf Course (reduced rates for El Kanah’s guests, and club hire available). There is also a Bowling Green next to the Golf Club. El Kanah has a reputation for excellent food, and our experienced chef provides nutritious home-style cooking. Special dietary needs are catered for. There is a ‘cuppa’ whenever you feel like it, and a friendly staff who want to ensure your comfort and enjoyment.
