The lodge is a self catering holiday home in the Teifi valley in the heart of West Wales, sleeping up to six people. Positioned on a woodland site with a range of amenities on hand it is ideal for both family holidays making use of the coast and entertainment activities and for couples looking for walking and outdoor pursuits. The area is outstandingly beautiful with rivers, valleys and hills and the sandy bays of the coast within easy reach.
The lodge is in the wooden Swiss style sleeping up to six people. It has three bedrooms - a double, a twin that can be zip-linked to be a 5 foot double bed, and a bunk bed room. There is a generous open plan lounge / dining room / kitchen, bathroom and veranda across the front. It is fully equipped for six people and is double glazed with solid birchwood floors throughout.
Bedrooms have feather duvets and pillows (both single and double duvets provided for the twin room), wardrobes and drawers.
The bathroom has toilet, wash basin and full size bath with shower and shaving point.
The lounge has comfortable armchairs and sofa, side tables and lamps, TV, VHS video and DVD player. There are bookcases stocked with novels, thrillers, some childrens books, tapes and DVDs. There is a dining table and six chairs.
The kitchen is fully fitted, with sink, fridge, cooker, electric kettle, toaster and microwave, cupboards and worktops. Cutlery, china, glasses and mugs are provided, with a good range of cooking pans and dishes. There is an ironing board and iron and vacuum cleaner.
Outside there is a full width verandah and dining area with table and chairs for outdoor eating.
Services: Hot water is provided by a continuous flow gas system (included in the rental cost) that also provides for the cooker hob. Lighting, heating and the oven are electric on a charge card meter, with very reasonable rates.
Linen You are recommended to bring your own bed linen (sheets, duvet cover, pillow cases, tea towels etc) but these can be provided on site if needed.
