Hornick Cottage is a detached granite cottage which has been extended to provide deceptively spacious living accomodation. There are wonderful views from the lounge/diner and upstairs bedrooms. To the front, views extend over the front garden, across open countryside to the sea in the distance (on a good day to Penzance!). The views from the rear are over the rear garden to the Blackpool trail. The cottage has a front porch with space to store coats, bags and shoes, a spacious lounge/diner leading to a large kitchen with stairs to three bedrooms and bathroom. The three bedrooms consist of: A double bedroom with a traditional metal bedsted, bedside tables, chest of drawers, wardrobe and lloyd loom chair. A twin bedroom, with two single beds, bedside tables, wardrobe, rocking chair and chest of drawers. A single room with bunk beds, bedside table, chest of drawers, wardrobe and lloyd loom chair.
The cottage has a well equipped kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine, fridge freezer. In the lounge there are the usual TV with DVD, radio/CD player, there are some books, dvds, and games available to use in the cottage. There are also a range of leaflets and maps for information. To take a look at the inside of Hornick The cottage has oil-fired central heating, immersion heater, and is fully double glazed. Outside: The front garden is mainly laid to lawn and some flower beds. It is enclosed by stone wall with access from the road. There is a small seating area. To the rear of the cottage there is a parking space and a terraced garden with steps to a seating area and barbecue.
