You will have plenty of room with four bedrooms, two and a half baths, sunroom, library, living room, dining room, kitchen and 2800 square feet of living space. The living room has a gas fireplace, satellite TV with DVD player and VHS player, an ipod docking station and game table. The master bedroom also has a satellite TV, DVD player, VHS player and a walk-in closet. The library is full of books, DVD’s, videos for both children and adults. Soak up the views from most of the rooms, enjoy the patio with a fire pit, Adirondack chairs and patio table with chairs. Relax in the hammock, fish and crab from the 300 foot private pier, drop in a couple of crab pots or launch your own boat from the nearby ramp. Take a bike ride on the two bikes provided, or explore the creeks in the 2 kayaks provided and then play some badminton or croquet, or maybe a board game.
If you want to kick it up a notch there is plenty to do in the surrounding area including beaches, shopping, dining, golf, antiquing, nature preserves, VA Beach, quaint towns to visit, excursions, sunset cruises, parks, the list goes on.
The Virginia Eastern Shore is a very special and unique area. There is lots of agriculture and it is a very art inspired area. There are lots of festivals to enjoy, historic theaters, nature excursions, waterfront dining, marinas, antiquing and lots of fresh seafood everywhere.
