Sunrise Bay Vacation Rental Estate offers four individual dwellings scattered on the spacious grounds on the shores of a large bay overlooking Lake Superior in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan. The lovely estate is conveniently located in Christmas, MI, near the Pictured Rocks National Lakeshore, Grand Island, waterfalls, great outdoor recreation, and fabulous photographic opportunities.

Sunrise Bay Vacation Estate is available to rent during June and July and is the ideal location for your family reunion, group get-together, wedding party, corporate or group meeting, yet provides ample privacy for your party.

Sunrise Bay is nestled on 10 acres of wooded and landscaped land for hiking and watching wildlife. There is over 1300 feet of shoreline on Lake Superior. Enjoy the magnificent view of Grand Island, fabulous sunrises, and views of Lake Superior. The perfect place for relaxing and enjoying nature. There is 200 feet of a private sandy beach and a boat ramp suitable for launching small boats. Kayaks can be rented at the Grand Island Ferry Dock, 2 miles east of Sunrise Bay.

The Sunset Bay Vacation Compound consists of Shamrock Lodge, 2 guest cottages (Kinsale and Leprechaun), and the Carriage House offering your group privacy, yet you are all together for activities. The lodgings have 10 bedrooms and 10 bathrooms combined, and will accommodate up to 24 guests. Towels and bed linens are provided for our guests. Sunrise Bay offers a computer for guests to use, wireless internet access, and a video library. Enjoy your cook-outs on the charcoal grill.

The main lodge will be the center of many of your activities. The lodge is comfortably furnished with an enclosed sunroom for relaxing. The living room has a gas fireplace for an occasional cool night. There is a modern kitchen with a dishwasher, laundry area with a washer & dryer, and ample seating in the large dining area. There are 3 bedrooms with a futon in the TV room. A computer with broadband internet is available for guests to use and wireless access is available.
