This beautiful brand new cottage is fully adorned with pine ceilings and finishing to make a warm and relaxed atmosphere. Entrance into the cottage leads into the Cathedral ceiling Kitchen/dinning room. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a full size gas stove oven. A propane wood stove provides heat in the winter and effect. Sit around the table and couch and relax with views of the lake. The ceramic tiled flooring and rugs add to the comfort. Two ground floor bedrooms, one Queen and one double, and a full 4 piece bathroom complete the downstairs.
An instant tankless gas hot water heater ensures there is always enough hot water for everyone to have that shower or bath. Upstairs, the high cathedral ceilings provide a comfortable room with Maple/Birch hard wood floors that doubles as the lounge, TV area and another bedroom provided by a Queen size futon pull out couch. For safety and convenience, the cottage has a four filter system for drinking water which includes a UV purification system.
Cancellation Policy: With ten weeks notice or more -full refund minus $100 processing fee. If less than ten weeks an attempt will be made to re-rent for the full period. If able to fully re-rent then a full refund less $100 processing fee. If only able to re-rent a portion of the time committed to then a pro-rated refund will be applied less the processing fee. If unable to replace the rental within the timeframe then all monies paid will be non-refundable. In addition, a $500 deposit is held until the property is checked at the end of your rental.
