Sleeps: 6Our mini-villas are located in a wooded site, quiet and relaxing. They are located 5 minutes drive from shops, 10 minutes from the beaches, near the mountain road (an hour needles Bavella). All mini-villas with an area of 43m ² are individual ( plan ) and have a covered terrace of 10m ² with garden furniture and barbecue. All these locations have an air conditioning (you can rent the entire season). They are equipped with a television with DVD player, a steam iron and an ironing board. The mini-villas for 5 or 6 people are equipped with a sofa (sofa bed) in living room. A Ping-Pong table is available to renters next to the reception.
A € 300 deposit is required upon arrival. The check will not be cashed and returned at end of stay if no damage, deterioration or missing object is found during the inventory output.
All reservations must be accompanied by a deposit of 25% of total price attached booking form. The balance will be paid to the keys after the inventory.
