The ground-level sitting is located south oriented, with a unique view towards the open sea and the village of Mirtos.
The small and perfectly equipped kitchen has many extras; further equipments of this and all residential units are a bathroom with toilet /shower or bathtube, a modern stereo, reading material and many extras more. If needed, this unit can be connected by an internal door with APHRODITE, the unit next to it, and thus may be used as a part of a comfortable 2.5-room apartment.

Shopping possibilites and an extended nightlife for those who are interested can be found in Ierapetra, the most southern town of Europe and 15 kms away from Mirtos.
