The villa's huge and shaded wrap-around veranda is the perfect place to lounge with your favorite book or to spy on some of our many feathered friends... or you can take in the sun on the large pool patio in the back. The entire villa is cooled by constant, gentle Caribbean breezes... in fact, the villa is so naturally cool and comfortable you'll probably never need the air conditioning. Three bedrooms plus two full-size futons in great room, allowing us to accommodate up to eight guests. Three bathrooms (two ensuite). Fully equipped kitchen (microwave, dishwasher, etc.). Laundry room with washer, dryer and large utility sink. Daily Housekeeping service provided. Caretaker on premises. Phones. Satellite TV/VCR/DVD with a large selection of movies. Pool with oversized patio and outdoor shower. All linen and towels. Three-speed ceiling fans throughout house (Two bedrooms fully air-conditioned, but you will never need it!). Welcome beverages & snacks. Personal greeting at the airport upon your arrival. Grocery staples (sugar, salt, flour, rice). Price is inclusive of all taxes and service charges.
A 30% deposit is required to confirm your booking, with the full balance due 60 days prior to your arrival. In case of cancellation the full 30% deposit is refunded only upon receipt of 60 days prior notice. Payments can be made by wire transfer, certified bank check, or VISA/Mastercard through PayPal.
