Welcome to Carraig Mhuire Guest House. Your hosts Paul and Antoinette Diamond would like to welcome you to their Warm and Cosy Guest House. Carraig Mhuire four bedroom holiday home rental is situated only 5 Minutes drive from Ennis Town Centre, in the Heart of the Beautiful County Of Clare. It is only 25 Minutes drive from Shannon Airport and 3 1/2 Hours drive from Rosslare and Dublin Ferry ports. We are fully ITB (Irish Tourist Board) approved and a member of the Town & Country Homes Association. We have Four Bedrooms, three of these are En-Suite and we welcome families with Children of any age and, offer a 25% reduction for Children who are between the ages of 3 and 12 years of age. We offer all our guests an excellent choice of Breakfasts with a Snack Menu available all day. More details on our Bedrooms and Dining area can be found below. We accept Visa, MasterCard and Euro Card and of course we accept valid Travel Vouchers. We take pride in our commitment to our guests and will ensure that we maintain our high standards, with warm and friendly Hospitality.

We have four Bedrooms, all En-suite, all with their own large windows. We offer both Double and Twin rooms, with Cots available for younger Children. There are Tea and Coffee making facilities in all rooms, with fresh milk available at all times. All our beds can have Electric Blankets fitted, for those colder nights during the Winter Months. All rooms have Clock Radio Alarms, TV's and Hairdryers. For our guests who are staying with us for a little longer than a couple of nights, we offer a full Laundry service including ironing, at affordable rates.

Spacious Dining area offers facilities for all the Family, in a warm and friendly atmosphere. Our Breakfasts offer you a choice of a full Traditional cooked Irish and Continental. Our cooked Breakfast can include Bacon, Eggs, Sausage, White/Black Pudding, Tomatoes, Hash Browns and Toasted/Fried Bread. Continental Breakfast includes Croissants and Cereals with Orange/Pineapple Juice. And of course, Fresh Tea and Coffee are available throughout Breakfast. For our Guests and Non-residents we offer a Snack menu throughout the day. This includes Toasted Sandwiches, Sandwiches/Rolls with a wide selection of fillings, Soups, Tea/Coffee and Cold Drinks. A Special note: All our Water comes from a Natural Spring on our own grounds, which we use for all our Cooking, to give it an extra special Irish Taste. 

County Clare has a abundance of outstanding Natural Beauty with its Lakes, Castles, Stunning Coastline and a Friendly and Genuine People. To the North of the County, is the World Famous Burren, with its 350 Million year old unique Landscape. It entices Tourists, Botanists and Plant Lovers from all over the World. Within the Burren is the amazing spectacle of the Aillwee Caves. The Cliffs of Moher are among the Highest in Ireland, stretching from the Sea some 700ft straight up. The County town of Ennis, with its winding narrow streets, has an array of entertainment and fine restaurants. Whether you like traditional dancing, discos, banquet or just a quiet drink, its available and of course Children are always welcome. West Clare has many Blue Flag Beaches and Surfing, Dolphin Watching boat trips from Carrigaholt and a Wonderful trip to the famous Aran islands were you can experience the peace and tranquillity. County Clare is also ideal for Painters, Golfers, Fisherman, Cyclists, Horse Riders and walkers alike, making it perfect Location for a holiday, whether you are here for a few days or a couple of weeks.
